Initiate Your Request
Log into your FantasMall account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
